We hire senior engineers across Latin America
Long-term work on real production systems, mostly for US companies, in your own time zone. We hire for depth and we keep people: retention is the entire premise of how we deliver.
How working here actually differs
Most of these are structural consequences of the nearshore model rather than perks.
- 01
Long-term work, not a rotation
You stay on one account long enough to genuinely understand the domain. We don't shuffle engineers between clients to optimise utilisation. It costs the client more than it saves us.
- 02
You talk to the client directly
No account manager between you and the person who needs the software. You explain your own technical decisions, which means you need to be able to.
- 03
US business hours, not US night shifts
Latin America overlaps the US naturally. You work normal hours in your own time zone.
- 04
Real code review
Every change is reviewed by a senior engineer before it reaches the client. Reviews are how people get better, so we treat them as a first-class activity rather than a formality.
- 05
Ownership of what you build
You'll be trusted with architecture decisions, and expected to defend them. If you want to be handed tickets and left alone, this isn't the right fit.
- 06
Employment, not gig work
Contracts, payroll, equipment and support handled properly through our structure, in your country.
What we look for
- You can read an unfamiliar codebase and orient yourself without hand-holding.
- You write in professional English well enough to run a client call.
- You've operated something in production and been responsible when it broke.
- You can explain a technical trade-off to someone non-technical without condescending.
- You'd rather say "I don't know, let me check" than guess confidently.
- You care about the client's outcome, not only the elegance of the solution.
Where we need depth
Strong in one of these matters far more to us than passing familiarity with all of them.

A focused, time-boxed problem: around two hours, reviewed by a senior engineer.

No open role that fits?
Send your CV anyway. We hire continuously as client work grows, and we keep strong applications on file rather than starting from scratch each time.
